News and patch notes

The doors are open: welcome to the new PHT website

The dark has a new home. The official Project Horror Tales website is live, and we're glad you found your way here.

This is where everything about the game will live: what Project Horror Tales is, every update and patch note as it ships, and what's lurking around the corner next.

At its heart, Project Horror Tales is a single-player horror experience, and that's still where most of our attention goes. If you haven't played it yet, you can find it on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2325030/Project_Horror_Tales/

Multiplayer is on the way too, and it's currently in closed alpha. Access is by playtest only: sign up for the playtest on our Steam page and wait to be accepted. Spots are limited to 500 participants, and once we reach that number, we won't be granting any more access. If you want in, don't wait too long.

Create a free account on the site to join the community. We have more planned for members down the road.

The site is brand new, so if anything looks off or breaks, let us know on Discord and we'll fix it. Your feedback shapes what comes next.

Sun and save fixes (4.0.1.2)

The sun no longer jumps around, and everyone sees the same time of day.

Fixed a bug that could give you another player's gear and spawn point. Progress now saves to your own Steam account.

Progress was reset once to make this work.
